Swati is an advocate with over 13+ years of experience and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the University of Mumbai and an Honors degree in Law from IIT Kharagpur. She is a Registered Indian Patent and Agent (IN/PA 3611) and a Registered Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra.
Swati has worked with reputed multinationals, Infosys Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Mercedes Benz R&D Pvt. Ltd., ABB India Pt. Ltd., Samsung India Software Operations, prior to venturing out with Lance IP. As an IP Professional, her experience involves Reviewing FOSS Licenses and software compliance, evaluating and managing IP related risks in product development, IP licensing and technology transfers, IP portfolio building involving patent drafting, filing and prosecution across jurisdictions, filing and prosecuting trademark applications.
Amit Kukreja

Amit Kukreja has close to two decades of legal experience in IP enforcement litigation before various courts and tribunals. He has graduated in LLB and enrolled with the Bar Council of Maharashtra in the year 2005. Amit has demonstrated strong skill sets in litigating and protecting trademarks, copyrights, and industrial designs before various courts and tribunals of Maharashtra, India. Amit has successfully handled oppositions and rectification proceedings for several contentious trademarks. He is known for his excellent communication and team building
skills.

Mr. Kumar is experienced in commercializing intellectual property (IP). His expertise spans multiple jurisdictions, allowing him to effectively navigate diverse cultures. Currently, Mr. Kumar is dedicated to building IP portfolios across various jurisdictions and developing monetization strategies for his clients.
One of his key strengths lies in his ability to assist companies in their global expansion efforts by devising strategic IP protection approaches. By ensuring comprehensive IP protection, he facilitates a seamless transition for companies entering the international market, ultimately contributing to their long-term success.

Elizabeth holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Portsmouth and an J.D. from New York Law School.
Elizabeth has over 22 years of experience in creation, protection and commercialization of Intellectual Property. As an IP Professional, her experience involves drafting, filing and prosecuting patent applications across jurisdictions, filing and prosecuting trademark applications, evaluating and managing IP related risks in product development. Areas of expertise include Electronics, Wireless communications, Artificial Intelligence, Neural Networks, Software, Electrical Distribution Networks, and Food Technology. It is her niche area of expertise in identifying threats to core technology areas of innovation, advising on developing a patent portfolio and strategizing cost effective patent filing across jurisdiction. She counsels the firm on strategic matters involving cross-border IP transactions and provides expert advice on managing and building IP portfolios.
